1. The electric eye of the main detection object. Perhaps the object cannot be sensed, so there is no label. You should set the value of the object's electric eye from the beginning. Perhaps the object is damaged by the electric eye and needs to be replaced;
2. Check whether the traction organization is tight, if not, tighten the traction organization;
3. Check whether the traction motor of the labeling machine/corner labeling machine is loose or damaged, it may not work at this moment;
4. The driveable timing belt is cracked and can be replaced;
5. The magnetic switch of the cylinder may not detect the signal, so adjust the direction or replace the magnetic switch from the beginning;
6. If the non-marking switch is pressed, it should be disconnected;
7. Test whether the traction is turned on, you can walk only by turning on the label, and the marking ability is strong. The speed value is set to 0;
8. Or the problem of the label itself. The label is too thin, irregular, and cannot be separated;
9. The label peeling plate of the labeling machine/side labeling machine should not be sharp, and the label should not fall off.
